Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do. – Dr Brené Brown
In this program, you will learn how to engage from a place of worthiness. Moving from “I'm imperfect” to “I am enough” through courage, compassion and connection.
We will explore each guidepost, strengthen our practice of courage, compassion and connection, and learn ways to intentionally practice each guidepost in our daily lives while letting go of "Who You Think You're Supposed to Be" and "Embracing Who You Are".
This program and group could be helpful for:
Anyone who considers themselves to be perfectionistic or too hard on themselves.
Anyone who is going through a transition and needs some grounding.
Anyone trying to cope with the 'busyness' of life!
This program will be a combination of support and sharing along with structured exercises and reflection.
We will be using a combination of materials from the book and other therapeutic interventions to dive into these topics.
Some of the topics we’ll explore:
How to carry courage, compassion and connection in your heart while on your coaching journey and beyond.
How to practice courage by being willing to be vulnerable, imperfect and set boundaries.
How to talk to yourself the same way you talk to the people you love.
How to lean in and feel it all rather than numbing and feeling powerless.
How to practice gratitude to find joy.
How to cultivate your intuition by listening to yourself.
How you are a creative being and can heal your creative wounds.
How to honor your basic need for play and rest.
How to heal with calm and let go of anxiety.
How to own your superpowers and your kryptonite.
How to take off your emotional straightjacket.
Registration is required. Group size is limited to 15 in order to provide ample time for instruction and group discussion.
Think of this group as a book club + art journaling + a safe space for sharing and exploring our imperfections.
